I've lost 175 lbs and maintained it for the past 4 to 5 years without obsessing over food, over-exercising, or constantly tracking everything anymore.

But it was not always this way...

By my mid-twenties, I had reached my highest weight ever. I was embarrassed, ashamed, and honestly hiding from the world. I avoided going out, turned down invitations, and didn't feel like the person I knew I was meant to be. Even when I started losing weight, I was still stuck in a battle behind the scenes. Binge eating, restricting, intense cravings, and feeling completely out of control around food.

I was exercising 4 to 5 hours a day and still felt like a prisoner to the cycle. I remember thinking, is this really what the rest of my life is going to look like?
